"EXCLUSIVE!" JOHN McCAIN CPAC SPEECH

Rick - your post is very funny.

But I do not think how far to the left GWB and Karl have shoved the GOP in 7 year is funny. I think it is tragic and sad.

John McFibber has been aligned with the far left of the Democratic Party since he was first elected. He was best buddies with the most extreme left wing Senator to ever be elected from my state (Cal) none other than the Keating 5’s lead Marxist Alan Cranston. He has continued to be aligned with the “Lion of the Left” Chappaquiddick Teddy!

The former tie-died hippy from Tx AKA the boy genius of the GOP Karl has destroyed the GOP. Based on his hippy past I believe Karl did not do this through a series of blunders and stupid decisions. I think he is in fact smart and the disasters he has brought on the GOP were planned to be disasters. McFibber is just he latest of Karl’s disasters for the GOP.

THE DEBATE OF ALMOST, MOSTLY, REPUBLICANS

The GOP has moved from conservative to center/liberal the last 5 years. That explains why it lost 2 houses of Congress - by a landslide 2 years ago. For those sleeping in their civics clases the US, like UK, has a bicameral Congress - meaning 2 houses; which means the GOP lost it all in 06! The move away from conservative law making has made the GOP, once again, the "New Deal Lite" party. Voters know who the real New Deal folk are and were not fooled 50 years ago and are not fooled now.

I agree with the UCLA law professor. Like the Jews, the GOP needs to wander in the desert - again!- for 40 years to find out that it wins elections by being different from those other guys!
As I have said here several times the last 2 years - it matters not who the candidates are the GOP will lose in 08. It will lose because it is the other guys only less so!?#@
Shouting "Read my lips!.... .." will no longer fool the voters!

THE "STATE OF THE UNION" IS NEVER THE POINT

Belated and off topic -- But not off by much as it relates to the “new” New Deal GWB has been pusnig the last 3 yeasr and again pushed last night – as you have pointed out very well.
Last week when you asked why Obama was singing Ronnie’s praise I said I thought he was very confident and felt he had SC in the bag. Well we all know he thumped Billary 2:1 last Sat. There are a lot of conservative Ronnie Dems (at here in Cal) that would go back to their former “home” they are so unhappy with the left wing agenda pushed by the national GOP the last 3 years. They just need someone that indicates an appreciation for conservative values. Obama was/is trying to be that candidate!

The Dem contest will be a fight to the end and if Obama wins I say he will win in Nov and win big. I think Billary will also win but it will be very close as she only has John McCain and his followers who think she is conservative; and they are a less than 30% of the GOP and even smaller outside the party.

NO "SLAM DUNK" MEDAL OF FREEDOM WINNERS

One more reason why the man I voted for in 04 is the President with the lowest approval rating in American history. And has held this position for almost 2 years!

Alberto and George two examples of George's (Bush) lack of judgement!
